Programme of Meetings
In
order to ensure that as many members and guests as possible can
attend convenient technical meetings, PITA operates various district organisations.
These are run by committees drawn from the areas served which
are responsible for securing technical papers and for preparing
an annual programme to include meetings, technical visits, training
workshops and occasionally regional conferences.
District committees play a vital role in PITA as a whole through
their representation on the general board which determines future
overall policies
