Pulps from the Interior of British Coumbia are suitable for many printing and writing grades. Those from the northern interior have excellent reinforcement properties and are particularly suited to lighter weight printing papers such as light weight printings and LWC and SC grades, which have a high groundwood content. The higher tear strength derived from pulps with a higher Douglas fir content is also useful in some Industrial grades such as sack kraft and linerboard |
